Addiction / Substance Abuse Counselling

Our addiction and substance abuse counselling service provides a safe and confidential space for individuals to address their struggles with addiction, receive support, and develop effective coping mechanisms.

Peer Support Groups

Providing regular meetings where individuals in recovery can share their experiences, challenges, and successes. This creates a sense of community and belonging, fostering motivation and accountability.

Holistic Therapy Workshops

We offer workshops that incorporate yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices. These can help individuals manage stress and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Creative Expression Programs

We Introduce art, music, or writing therapy sessions. Encouraging creative expression can be a powerful outlet for emotions and a way to process experiences related to addiction.

Life Skills Training

Providing courses on essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking, job searching, and interview preparation. Empowering individuals with these skills can enhance their confidence and independence.

Outdoor Adventure Therapy

Organise outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing, or team sports. Nature has a healing effect, and these activities promote teamwork, resilience, and physical health.

Family Involvement Initiatives

Creating programmes that involve family members in the recovery process. Educating families about addiction can improve communication and support systems at home.

Mentorship Programmes

Pairing individuals in recovery with mentors who have successfully navigated their own journeys. This one-on-one support can provide guidance and encouragement.

Educational Workshops

We host sessions on topics such as the science of addiction, mental health awareness, and relapse prevention strategies. Knowledge is empowering and can help individuals make informed choices.

Employment Partnerships

We collaborate with local businesses to create job opportunities for those in recovery. Providing stable employment can significantly aid in the transition back into society.
